Where is TH!NK Storage located?
Our West Jordan Facility is located just off the Mountain View Corridor and close to Bangerter highway. The address is 5879 West 7800 South. We are in the perfect location to serve Daybreak, West Jordan, Herriman, etc.
Our South Jordan Facility is located directly next to Costco, off of Bangerter Highway and 10400 South in South Jordan. Our address is 10506 South River Heights Drive, South Jordan, UT 84095. We’re in a convenient location to serve South Jordan, Riverton, West Jordan, Herriman, Bluffdale and nearby neighborhoods like Daybreak.
When can I visit my unit?
Gate hours are 7 days a week between 6am and 10pm.
What are the office hours?
Our offices are open Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm. Saturdays we’re open 8am to 5pm. The office is closed on Sundays and on major holidays.
Do you sell storage supplies?
Of course, we have boxes, bubble wrap, furniture covers, mattress covers and many more items available for purchase.
Is the facility safe and secure?
TH!NK Storage works hard to protect your belongings at all times. We have on-site resident managers, state-of-the-art access control gates, and facility lights. The facility is under surveillance 24/7 using our 36 high-resolution security cameras and we have individually alarmed units. Purchase a disc lock for added measure.
What types of parking spaces are offered?
We offer enclosed and outdoor parking spaces for RVs, trailers, cars and boats. Our vehicle parking is very helpful for our clients to avoid issues with HOA codes. Rent an indoor or outdoor parking space and drive through our wide aisles to get them stored away.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, you will need to have insurance. If you are not covered through your home owners or renters policy, Think Storage offers Storesmart Insurance at great rates to make sure your items are covered.
How do I rent a storage unit?
Rent a space in-person with our manager or you can reserve or rent a space online and just sign the paperwork on move-in day. Feel free to bring in your own disc lock or you can purchase a disc lock in the office. You’ll be issued a gate code once you sign a lease. Your first month is prorated for the days left in the month.
Do you offer temperature controlled units?
Yes, protect your belongings from intense weather conditions year-round. Temperature Controlled Units are available in 5 X 5 to 10 X 10 sizes. If you need a larger unit we have larger insulated units.
What items am I not allowed to store?
You’re not allowed to store anything dangerous or illegal. This would include hazardous materials, anything flammable, car batteries, food, animals, illegal drugs, weapons, or liquids. Gas should be removed from small engines before storing them.
What types of leases are offered?
Our leases are available month-to-month. No long-term commitments when you store with TH!NK Storage.
How do I make a payment?
Make a payment in-person or online. We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, or cash. Sign up for auto-pay and you’ll never miss a payment.
When are payments due?
Your payment is due on the first day of each month.
Can I bring my own lock?
Yes, bring your own disc lock or you can purchase one from our office.
